Après une difficile qualification et un dernier match qui a marqué les esprits (cf.la main mémorable de Thierry Henry), la France cherche à se rassurer avant la coupe du monde.

Face à l'Espagne, numéro 1 du classement FIFA, la tache s'annonce ardue.

La France (7ième) pourrait malgré tout créer la surprise.

Dimanche prochain aura lieu la première votation de l'année en Suisse. La précédente avait créé un énorme buzz avec l'initiative sur les minarets.

Cette fois-ci, il s'agit de la recherche sur l'être humain, le calcul de la retraite et l'institution d'un avocat pour défendre le droit des animaux.

America's Cup: Alinghi Vs BMW Oracle Racing. What's Your Pick?

As you probably read in the press, the 33rd America's Cup has been the subject of extensive court action and litigation these last months. The litigated issues included which club would be the Challenger, the dates and venue for the regattas, certain rules governing the regattas (in particular the measurement rules), and the construction of the boats.

Fortunately the match will take place, at last, this week in Valencia (Spain). The current holder of the cup, Société Nautique de Genève defending with team Alinghi will compete against Golden Gate Yacht Club, and their racing team BMW Oracle Racing.

The 1st race was scheduled for this morning 8 February at 10am CET. However, after a long period waiting for enough of a settled breeze, the Principal Race officer took the decision at around 1345h this afternoon to send the two boats back to their respective bases. Race 1 is postponed to Wednesday 10 February 2010, 10:00am.

As a consequence, the corresponding betting rule on BETCoffee has been extended to Wednesday and you have a bit more time to make up your mind and place the right bet. Good luck!
